Valet Spots ("we," "our," "us," or the "App") is a peer-to-peer parking spot marketplace operated by ZARVES LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Information you provide directly:

• Full name and display name
• Email address and password
• Phone number
• Vehicle information: make, model, color, and size category
• Bank account details (processed by Stripe; not stored by us)
• Profile photo (optional)

Information collected automatically:

• Precise GPS location during active App use
• Device identifiers (model, OS version, unique device ID)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens for push notifications
• App usage data, session logs, and crash reports
• IP address and connection metadata

Transaction and payment information:

• Transaction history (spot claims, payments made and received)
• Points balance and redemption history
• Stripe payment identifiers and payout records

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to operate and improve the App:

• Creating and managing your account
• Matching Notifiers and Claimers based on location
• Processing payments and payouts through Stripe Connect
• Sending push notifications, arrival alerts, and transaction confirmations
• Operating the points and rewards system
• Providing in-app navigation using your device location
• Detecting fraud, abuse, and Terms violations
• Complying with legal obligations
• Improving app performance and user experience

4. Location Data

The App requires access to your precise GPS location to function. Location data is used to show nearby spots, enable navigation, verify proximity during handoffs, and send proximity alerts. Location data is processed in real time and is not stored beyond what is necessary for the active transaction. Disabling location access will prevent core App functionality.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, profile data is deleted within 30 days. Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Crash logs and analytics are retained per Firebase's standard policies.

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, contact us at legal@valetspots.space and we will delete it immediately.
